Step 1: Signing Up
Navigate to the ShopespotMall.com homepage and select “Become A Seller.”
Fill in your information under the Seller Registration section, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Store Name
Phone Number
Any other required fields
After completing the form, select “Sign Up.”
Wait for a confirmation prompt indicating your registration has been submitted successfully.
Step 2: Verifying Your Email
Open the confirmation email sent to the email address you registered with.
Click on the “Please Validate Your Email” link provided in the email.
A new tab will open, confirming that your email has been successfully verified.
Step 3: Logging In Using Your Information
After email verification, you will receive an email containing your login credentials.
Example Login Details:
Username: (Your Registered Email)
Password: (Your Created Password)
Use the provided credentials to log in and access your store through the Seller Login portal.
Once logged in, update your password for enhanced security.

Step-by-Step Guide to Onboarding Products
Accessing the Marketplace
Log in to your Shopespot account.
Navigate to the “My Shopespot Membership” tab.
Select “Marketplace” to access the marketplace features.
Subscribing to the Shopespot Mall Product Listing Plan
Under the “Marketplace” section, locate the “Plans” option in the “Shopespot Mall” section.
Review the available plans and select “Subscribe” under the Shopespot Mall Product Listing Section.
Note: Subscribing unlocks access to product listing and marketplace tools.
Onboarding Products
Once you’ve subscribed, proceed to the “Onboarding Products” option within the Shopespot Mall Product Listing tab.
This is where you’ll prepare your products for marketplace listing.
Selecting Product Categories
Browse and select the relevant categories that best fit your products.
Tip: Accurate category selection ensures better visibility for your listings.
Choosing Products for Listing
Select the specific products you want to list on the marketplace
Recommendation: Focus on products that align with current marketplace trends and customer demands.
Setting the Default Currency
Define the default currency for your listings. The currency will be displayed against the Rand value.
If selling in a non-Rand currency, calculate the conversion using the Rand value.
Example Conversion: $1 = 18.00 ZAR (Rand).
Ensure currency values are accurate and updated based on the latest exchange rates.

Accurate Product Details: Ensure all product information, such as names, descriptions, pricing, and images, are accurate and complete.
Category Relevance: Choose categories thoughtfully to enhance searchability and attract the right audience.
Currency Conversion: Double-check your calculations for non-Rand currencies to avoid pricing discrepancies.
Subscription Status: Ensure your subscription is active to access product onboarding tools.
