Refund / Returns Policy
ShopeSpotMall Sellers/ Partners are confident in their Services and Product Offerings.
Physical Goods
Should any item that you have purchased online be the subject of any manufacturing defect or failure, or is unsafe, as contemplated in the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”), it may be returned to, The Respective Seller / Partner for replacement, or in exchange for a refund, or as per the refund policy of the respective seller / partner. ShopeSpotMall, It’s Sellers / Partners and/or its suppliers/distributors reserves the right to examine the product and test the product to confirm the alleged defect, failure or safety hazard existed at the time of purchase, before the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per the respective Seller / Partner’s returns / refund policy.
The respective seller / partner needs to be notified within 24hrs of receipt of goods of the reason for a requested refund / return. The Seller needs to respond to such requests within 48hrs, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Non-Physical Products / Services
Due to the nature of our software solution products / services, no Refund will be processed against Non-Physical Products / Services once credentials are received by customers, unless otherwise stated by the respective Seller / Partner. Products billed on a month-to-month basis can be cancelled as per the relevant process per respective Seller / Partner. Unless otherwise stated in the respective Seller’s / Partner’s Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refunds of any fees, pro rata or otherwise.
Shipping /Delivery Policy:
- Seller’s / Partner’s will endeavour to deliver goods as per the order received to the relevant delivery address as per the order received by the estimated delivery time specified on the site or when an order is placed
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Influencing factors such as, but not limited to, traffic, weather conditions as well as any unavoidable delays by Sellers in relation to your order may result in a delay of the delivery of the goods.
- Our Seller’s / Partner’s obligation to deliver the goods is fulfilled when the delivery partner arrives with the ordered goods to the delivery address provided when the order is placed.
- The delivery partner is only responsible for the delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
- If the delivery partner arrives at the delivery address and you fail to receive the order or do not answer the telephone calls made to you by the delivery partner, the delivery partner will, after approximately 10mins, leave the premises taking the goods away. In this instance, you will remain liable for payment of all order charges. If you are not able to be available at the delivery address to accept delivery of the goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone else is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery and make any payments if necessary.
- Our obligation to fulfil the order ends when the goods have been delivered to the delivery address.
Availability of the Site
We have taken every care in the preparation of the Site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the Site at all times.

The information on the Site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.
Ownership of materials on the Site
ShopeSpotMall, unless otherwise stated, owns the ecommerce platform for the relevant Owner, Seller / Partner of all copyright goods, database rights in the Site and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use licence set out in our copyright notice or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 as applicable or any equivalent legislation as may apply in your country.
